We stay competitive by only charging an arrangement fee of £250 no matter how much work a mortgage takes regardless of the amount of time we spend on any one mortgage application. We are directly authorized by the FSA and handle all compliance requirements for all our clients. Every client is issued with a full disclosure document upon the start of any mortgage interview and a KFI (this is full quotation listing all the costs of the mortgage.)
As a company we hold a FSA compliant Professional Insurance Policy to ensure full protection of our clients at all times. The company also operates a policy of never holding or taking client funds at anytime.
